Are you a culinary jack-of-all-trades? Creative, enthusiastic and with a continuous eye for quality? Together with your colleagues in the brigade you ensure that every guest has a fantastic culinary experience. You work independently and with great pleasure, you come up with ideas and you are always aware of the latest food trends. As an independent working chef at restaurant ‘Craft’ you know that everything depends on the right preparation: mise en place is the magic word here! You are fully familiar with HACCP and other hygiene rules. Experience is nice but a strong motivation is really more important!
