House Rules Hotel 46 Wintelre

Our aim is a pleasant stay for all of our hotel guests, employees and visitors of our restaurant. To achieve this we believe it is important to establish clear house rules. These house rules apply to everyone who is on the property of Hotel 46.

We ask you to follow the instructions from the staff of Hotel 46, regarding the house rules. If you do not agree with the house rules or have a complaint, you can contact the managers of the hotel.

From what time can I check-in?

Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM till 1:00 AM. In some cases it is possible to check-in after 1:00 AM, because we have a 24/7 front desk. In that case please let us know beforehand.  At the check-in you are obligated to show a valid identity card in case the front desk asks this. We do not make a photo copy, only in unique circumstances and only with your permission.

I am not yet 18 years old. Am I allowed to check-in by myself?

Check-in is only possible from 18 years or older. Minors always need to be accompanied by a parent / guardian with a minimum age of 25 years old.

Before which time do I need to check-out?

Check-out is till 11:00 AM. If this is too early for you, ask the front desk if it is possible to stay in your room longer. This is only possible if there is no new arrival that day. For €20,- you can stay in your room till 01:30 PM. We call this a late check-out. This is only possible after a confirmation from the front desk.

What happens when I do not check-out at 11.00 AM?

It is possible that you lose track of time or that you are still sleeping at 11.00 AM. No problem, we gladly remember you through knocking on your door or by calling. You will not be charged with extra costs for this late check-out, when you immediately answer our request to check-out.

If you stay in your room after our request, then we charge this as a late check-out. The costs for this are €20,- per room. It is more annoying if you stay in your room and the room needs to be clean at 2.00 PM for the next guests. You then pay €20,- and risk needing to leave your room when it needs to be cleaned. We would like to prevent this, so respect the check-out time from 11.00 AM.

Till when can I cancel my booking without being charged?

The cancellation policy depends on your booking. We use  the  “Uniforme Voorwaarden Horeca”. You can find this on our website. For individuals bookings with a flexible (basis) rate, we deviate of the UVH.  Therefore cancellation till 24 hours before arrival is free of charge. However, when you have a booking with a non-refundable rate it is not possible to cancel the booking free of charge.

When do I need to pay?

Payment conditions are different per booking. In general the room rate + tourist tax needs to be payed upon arrival, when payment has not been done online. Exceptions on this rule are: the non-refundable rate bookings, these bookings need to be payed immediately by making the reservation.

Which payment methods are available?
